How to Use PikoBuy: Official Six-Step Order Process

1. Select the exact source listing

PikoBuy explicitly supports product selection from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian and Yupoo. Before submission, confirm style, colour and size and save the product or store information.

2. Submit a link, keyword, image or request

Paste the product link or keywords into PikoBuy search. PikoBuy's home page also says shoppers can submit an image or sourcing request. Its support channel is available when an item cannot be found.

3. Complete the first payment

Select colour, size and quantity, submit the order and pay for the purchase. PikoBuy states that the final amount follows the actual purchasing price and that an out-of-stock order is refunded.

4. Use the warehouse inspection

After the item arrives, PikoBuy checks it in, takes photos and looks for visible defects. The user may request minimal packaging or reinforced packaging. This is an appearance inspection, not a guarantee of authenticity or internal performance.

5. Submit the parcel and pay international shipping

Choose an available logistics route and pay the separate international shipping charge. Routes use different delivery estimates and billing methods, so the route must match the destination and product type.

6. Track the dispatched parcel

PikoBuy's guide states that logistics information becomes available within three days after dispatch. This is the tracking-posting time, not a promise that the parcel will be delivered in three days.
