How to Use PikoBuy: Complete Beginner Guide
Use a spreadsheet to shortlist an item, verify the seller page, then complete purchase and international shipping through PikoBuy.
1. Select and verify a product
Open the original Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian or Yupoo page. Confirm photos, size, colour, recent activity and seller notes. A spreadsheet row is a starting point, not a quality guarantee.
2. Search on PikoBuy
Paste the product link or search keywords on PikoBuy. Confirm that the imported title, variants and price still match the source page.
3. Submit and pay
Choose colour, size and quantity. The first payment covers the product purchase. The final purchase price can change and an out-of-stock order may be refunded.
4. Review warehouse QC
After arrival at the warehouse, inspect the supplied photos for colour, size label, stains, visible damage, accessories and packaging. Request extra detail photos when necessary.
5. Build and ship the parcel
Choose packaging requests, submit a parcel and compare available routes. The international shipping payment is separate from the product payment.
6. Track delivery
PikoBuy states that tracking information is generally available within three days after dispatch. Customs and carrier delays remain possible.
