These are the shipping terms currently published by PikoBuy, including its freight service fee and the limits of warehouse and logistics responsibility.
Use the official calculator with five inputs
PikoBuy's shipping estimator asks for destination country or region, product type, weight in kilograms, and parcel length, width and height in centimetres. The result is an estimate; the payable amount is determined after the warehouse has the parcel measurements and available routes.
The published platform fee is 8% of freight
PikoBuy's user agreement states that the platform service fee for package forwarding is calculated at 8% of the freight. The shipping label cannot be generated until both freight and the platform service fee are paid.
Forwarded goods are opened for inspection
PikoBuy's shipping policy states that all goods transferred to its warehouse must be unpacked for inspection. Standard inspection is visual; detailed photos can be purchased, and professional inspection is unavailable for some specialised products.
International transport is provided by third parties
PikoBuy integrates third-party international logistics providers. Its policy states that risks from customs rules and uncontrollable events—including confiscation, damage, loss and peak-season delay—are not assumed by PikoBuy, although it may assist with risk reminders or claims communication.
Insurance matters for loss compensation
The user agreement says compensation for a lost parcel depends on purchasing package insurance and remains subject to the insurer's exclusions, including prohibited items.
Tracking appears after dispatch
PikoBuy's official guide states that logistics information will be available within three days after shipment. Delivery duration still depends on the selected route, customs and the carrier.
